Summer is here! Build your students’ math confidence all summer long with these summer journal prompts for math. I created these daily problem solving activities to use as a quick practice with my students each day. Simply copy the summer word problems and have students glue them into their math journal. They can be used for morning work, in small/whole groups, centers, or exit tickets.
There are 30 problems that contain basic addition and subtraction, 2 digit addition and subtraction with and without regrouping, 3 digit addition and subtraction, place value (3 and 4 digits), multi-step problems (2 steps), adding numbers with 3 and 4 addends, fractions, multiplication, division, and money up to $1.00. At the top of each page, it tells which concept is being covered so you can easily skip around if needed.
