February Problem Solving Journal Prompts

Help your students practice problem-solving skills with these fun and easy daily prompts. I created these journal prompts to use as a quick practice with my students each day. Simply copy the prompts and have students glue into their math journal. They can be used for morning work, in small/whole groups, centers, or exit tickets.

There are 30 problems that contain basic addition and subtraction, 2 digit addition and subtraction with and without regrouping, place value (3 and 4 digits), multi-step problems (2 steps), adding numbers with 3 and 4 addends, fractions, and money up to $1.00. At the top of each page, it tells which concept is being covered so you can easily skip around if needed.
