Your students can choose from three different writing prompts and share their creativity with a funny joke or a funny memory with this emoji laugh out loud writing craft.
Inside this April Fools’ Day Writing Activity, you’ll find a variety of resources to choose from. It includes three different writing prompts, graphic organizers, writing templates, and a writing craft. Three types of files are included:
  • Print and Go
  • Google Slides for Google Classroom
  • Editable PowerPoint with Text Boxes
  • Blank PDF to upload into SeeSaw (students can write or add text)
 
There are 3 different April Fools’ Day Writing prompts to choose from:
  • My April Fools’ Joke: Let your students write about who they would trick and how they would do it!
  • I was April Fooled!: Your students will write about a time they were April Fooled or a time they were tricked!
  • Laugh Out Loud (LOL): Have your students write about a time they thought was funny!
 
There are two different writing options that you can use to publish student writing along with a fun laughing craft.
