Do you struggle to squeeze in math fact practice while keeping it fun? These color by number addition and subtraction pages are just like traditional color by code activities but with a twist!
These August Color By Code Number Addition and Subtraction activities allow your students to practice math fact fluency and problem solving. There are 8 color by number addition pages and 8 color by number subtraction pages to use during back to school. There are also different levels for easy differentiation.
A digital version of this back to school color by number is also included via Google Slides!
Here are some different ways you can use these color by code activities:
- early finisher work
- math centers
- morning work
- indoor recess
- sub tub activities

How does this color by number activity work?
Copy the color by code and the write by code pages front to back.
You can use the color by code pages as an activity or extend it with the word problems on the back.
They must write word problems using a number sentence found in the picture. To challenge them, have them write their sentence about the picture.
