Can ya’ll believe that it’s already April? March seriously flew by so fast. Now we are all counting down the days until summer vacation. What is it about coming back from spring break that just wears you out? I took a 2 hour nap when I got home today.
Listening: I’m so excited that baseball season is here! Go RANGERS!!!
Loving: I’m excited to announce that I’m a Aunt again! My 5th nephew was born last night at 11:15! He is absolutely precious and I can’t wait to see him this weekend. (His mom and dad have asked us not to post pictures on social media so I’m obeying their wishes. ) I also have 4 nieces.
Thinking: There is so much to do. I love blogging and the TPT world. I have met some fabulous people and it truly makes me a better teacher but sometimes it can get overwhelming. Is almost like a 2nd full time job. Wait, let me rephrase…it is a 2nd full time job. I’m apart of some really great and exciting things coming up so be on the lookout!
If anyone has any good recommendations on places to stay or things to do in Nashville, I’d love to hear them!
Needing: I have a real bad problem about coming home from work and not resting. I always jump right into the next work product weather it be school related or TPT related. I have got to make myself spend more time relaxing before I get completely burned out.
Hours and Days: We have to be at school by 7:45 and the school day starts at 8:00. We release at 3:00 but we can’t leave until 3:30. I normally leave around 4:00 each day or at least I try too.
I am one tired teacher. I’m going to watch the rest of my game in bed! Goodnight!
KABOOM! is the one game that I always say every teacher needs in their classroom. It is so versatile and can be used with anything. This is my students absolute favorite game to play and they never get tired of it. I have games made for all subject areas. Read all about this class favorite! ---> bit.ly/KABOOMClassroomGame... One year, we read a story about a little girl who flew around the world and saw many different things, one of which was the Statue of Liberty. When the students were asked to name something she saw on her journey, a little boy said the Spatula Delivery! Too cute!
